By planting more indigenous vegetation, the garden attracts a variety of birds. The swimming pool offers cool relaxation after sight-seeing. Graaff-Reinet is surrounded by a game reserve and the Valley of Desolation view site offers also a wonderful view of the surrounding plains and Nqweba dam. The picturesque old Graaff-Reinet houses, many of them national monuments, provide pleasure on walking tours of the town, and guests can easily and safely walk to restaurants in the evenings. A number of museums and art galleries will be of interest to visitors.

These units each have a spacious lounge/diningroom with a kitchenette. There is a third unit sleeping two adults with bathroom en suite and a kitchenette area.
